If access to the course is activated before the expiry of 14 days from purchase with your explicit consent, the right to withdraw from the contract may be lost upon commencement of the performance of the digital service.<\/p>\n        <p>If access to the course has not yet been activated, you can submit a request to cancel the purchase within 14 days of payment.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>Mentoring and consulting<\/h2>\n        <p>The mentoring session can be rescheduled upon prior contact. If the session has not yet taken place, refund or rescheduling requests are handled on an individual basis, in accordance with the scope of the ordered service.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n        <p>You can submit a complaint by email. In your message, please provide your first and last name, the email address used for the purchase, the order number, a description of the problem and your desired resolution.<\/p>\n        <p>You will receive a response as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days of receiving the complete application.<\/p>\n\n        <h2>Refund<\/h2>\n        <p>If the return is accepted, the funds will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for the order, unless we mutually agree on a different form of settlement.<\/p>\n      <\/article>\n\n      <aside class=\"km-card km-side\">\n        <h2>Enquiry regarding order<\/h2>\n        <p>Write briefly what the matter is about.
