tailored mentoring process for the leader

About me

Management practice, not textbook theory.

For 25 years I have been building structures, training staff and implementing processes that guarantee stable business growth. I started with a team of 10 people – today my structure numbers as many as 650 employees. At KM Mentoring UK I translate this experience into practical business mentoring in the UK and Poland.

I share my experience through mentoring, courses and training. In my work, strategic decisions, clear communication and continuous process improvement are key.

However, I attach the greatest importance to people – I develop them so that everyone feels an essential part of the team.

Team scaling Leadership 1-to-1 Management processes

Offer

Three forms of management work.

At KM Mentoring UK there are three specific pathways: the self-study course, one-to-one mentoring, and mentoring for leaders and managers in the UK and companies operating between the UK and Poland.

Programme 1

a programme that shows you what nobody tells you on management training courses

Collaboration process

From chaos to a concrete action plan.

I do not start with a ready-made presentation. I start by understanding your situation, the people, the tensions within the team, and the decisions you need to make without putting them off.

Online course

Self-paced programme.

Check whether this way of working suits your situation. The programme focuses on practice, decisions and the leader's authority, without academic language.

Mentoring programme

Promotion, the first 100 days and the leader's authority.

A practical programme for those who want to level up: get a promotion, avoid the most common mistakes upon taking on a role, and build authority without pretending to be someone they are not.

For whom?

  • For professionals who want to get ahead, but someone else keeps beating them to it.
  • For new managers who have been promoted and don't know what's next.
  • For leaders who want to lead people without a false facade and without copying the behaviour of others.

What will you gain?

  • You will understand why some people get promoted and others stay in the same place.
  • You will avoid the 7 traps that most frequently destroy new managers.
  • You will build an authority behind which people will truly stand by you.

Individual mentoring

Let's work through your case, not a textbook example.

Fed up with book advice that doesn't fit your situation? 1:1 mentoring is for you if you need a concrete conversation about a real problem, decision, or crisis.

For 25 years I've worked in management. I've progressed from leading a 10-person team to managing a 650-person structure. In that time, I've resolved hundreds of situations that you won't find in any textbook.

01

You don't know how to talk to a difficult employee without making the situation worse.

02

You want to regain your authority after a crisis, mistake, or tension in the team.

03

You are preparing for a promotion in a specific company and you need a plan, not motivation.

Group mentoring for companies

How much is a lack of management skills costing your company?

What happens after a specialist gets promoted?

  • He doesn't know how to talk to his subordinates and avoids difficult conversations.
  • He doesn't take responsibility because he's afraid of making decisions.
  • He takes on the work himself instead of delegating and burns out after a few months.
  • His people are losing trust, motivation, or simply leaving.

A programme that builds managers.

For 25 years of management I have seen this pattern hundreds of years ago. That is why I created a corporate programme that helps select, prepare and guide people in the manager role before the cost of mistakes becomes too high.

01

How to choose people for promotion and prepare them before they take on the role.

02

How to navigate the first 100 days to avoid falling into the basic promotion traps.

03

How to build authority that withstands tensions, mistakes and crises.

Why does this work?

Because I do not teach theory. We work on cases from your company. Every participant leaves with a concrete plan for themselves, their team, and their role.

Let's check what your team needs. Call or write. I will analyse your situation and propose a programme tailored to your company.

FAQ

Questions before working together.

Short and sweet: before you choose a course, one-to-one mentoring or a group programme, it is worth knowing what you can expect.

Who is individual mentoring for?

For leaders, managers, and those about to be promoted who are facing a specific problem: authority, a difficult conversation, conflict, delegation, or a lack of a clear action plan.

How does group mentoring differ from training?

Group mentoring works on real-life situations of the participants and the company. It doesn't end with theory, but leads to an action plan for specific managers.

Does the online course provide lifetime access?

Yes. You buy the course once and can return to the materials whenever your role, team or company enters the next stage.

What does the initial consultation involve?

This is a brief diagnosis of the situation. You talk about what you are dealing with, and Krzysztof indicates whether he can help and which form of work will be the most sensible.

Can the cooperation take place online?

Yes. Sessions and consultations can take place online, meaning the cooperation works for clients from both the UK and Poland.

Build a calmer management system.

Briefly describe your situation. If you are interested in business mentoring in the UK or team support in Poland, I will read the message personally and advise whether 1:1 mentoring, a company programme, training or an online course would be the better direction.
