Management practice, not textbook theory.

I started with a 10-person team. Today, my structure has over 500 employees. I share my experience through mentoring, courses, and training for leaders and companies.

In my work, strategic decisions, clear communication and continuous process improvement are key. However, I attach the greatest importance to people, because they are the ones who decide whether the management system really works.
