1. General provisions
The terms and conditions set out the rules for using the km-mentoring.uk website and the rules for contact, ordering mentoring services, corporate programmes and online courses offered by KM Mentoring / Krzysztof Magda.
2. Scope of services
- 1:1 individual mentoring,
- mentoring and group programmes for businesses,
- online courses and educational materials,
- management consultancy, training and advisory services.
3. Contact and collaboration
Contact can be made via the form, email or WhatsApp. The details of the cooperation, scope, deadlines and remuneration are agreed individually before the start of the service.
4. Online course
The online course can be made available following a one-off payment. Access to the materials is granted in accordance with the information presented at the time of purchase. The materials are intended solely for the buyer's own use.
5. Payments
Payments can be made by bank transfer, online payment or another method agreed with the client. Prices and currencies are presented in the quote or individual valuation.
6. Rescheduling of the meeting
Rescheduling a mentoring session or consultation is possible upon prior contact. Detailed rules may be specified in individual arrangements or an agreement.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to the address contact@km-mentoring.uk. The submission should contain a description of the issue, contact details and the expected resolution.
8. Liability
The content on the website, in the courses and during mentoring is of an educational and developmental nature. Business and professional decisions are made independently by the client, taking their situation into account.
9. Intellectual property
Materials, texts, courses, recordings and concepts made available by KM Mentoring are protected by copyright and may not be copied, sold or distributed without the author's consent.
10. Terms of use update
Terms and conditions may be updated due to changes in services, tools or regulations. Last update: 26 July 2026.
